Web site visitors data

We collect and temporarily (for several days) store your IP address. We might store the IP address permanently, if we detect a hacking attempt originating from this address. We only store the IP addresses for the purpose of detecting and recording security (i.e. hacking) incidents to our web site, to prevent any fraud and harm to us or other visitors.

This web site is not using tracking Cookies, tracking pixels, sessions nor third party plugins that would track you in any way. We respect your privacy.

Contact form in the footer / send us e-mail

The contact form and direct e-mail to contact@amberbit.com is meant to be used as a form to initiate discussion with us about your project, which may or may not lead to future contract. We are collecting your name, e-mail address for the purpose of establishing and fulfilling that future contract. If you use contact form on this web site, an e-mail will be sent to contact@amberbit.com and we will use the data you provided to reach you back to. We will store your information in our e-mail and CRM systems for indefinite period of time. You can, however, request erasure or restrict processing by sending us e-mail at contact@amberbit.com.

Web site comments

If you decide to post comments on our web site, please note they will be visible publictly, except the e-mail address. You don't have to use your real name for Nickname, but if you do, and you also leave your e-mail address so that we can verify your identity, in order to request removal / edit of such comment you will need to contact us from that e-mail address. We will only use the e-mail address if you decide to leave it, in order to let you know on important replies, or problems we found in your comment, or to answer your question you may have asked privately.

Job application e-mails

If you contact us at jobs@amberbit.com, and attach your CV, which may contain your personal information such as name, address, phone and other information, the data will be used for the period and for the purpose of recruitment only.

How is your data protected?
